How many times have we heard the Obama administration wanting to add more taxes on the "millionaires and billionaires"? Has he ever identified them by name? How many have contributed to his campaign and the democratic machine? I hope that I can bring some to light in this Post.
Billionaires:-
William Gates of Microsoft - about $59 billion
Warren Buffett of Berkshire Hathaway (chairman and CEO) - about $39 billion
Larry Ellison of Oracle Corporation (CEO and co-founder) - about $33 billion
David Koch of Koch Industries - about $25 billion
Charles Koch of Koch Industries - about $25 billion
Christy Walton of Walmart - about $24.5 billion
George Soros, an Investor - about $22 billion
Sheldon Adelson, a Casino owner - about $21.5 billion
Jim Walton of Walmart - about $21.1 billion
Alice Walton of Walmart - about $20.9 billion
Millionaires in Congress:-
Darrell Issa (Rep) is worth about $251 million
Jane Harman (Dem) is worth about $244.7 million
Herb Kohl (Dem) is worth about $214.5 million
Mark Warner (Dem) is worth about $209.7 million
John Kerry (Dem) is worth about $208.8 million
(An estimated 244 members of congress are millionaires which represents 46% of that "august" body).
How about that 'well educated' group in Hollywood with their high school education (a few have college degrees; not many). You know - that group that can't shut their mouths and think they have something to say. You know - that group that can memorize lines that they never wrote and act in a movie that they never directed. You know - that group that sing songs they never wrote. Some have even gone to foreign countries and embarrassed themselves (they don't think so) and our nation. Let me identify some of them, and I'm guessing that all are worth a small fortune. They are - Sean Penn, Kevin Spacey, George Clooney, Susan Sarandon, Tim Robbins, Julia Roberts, Cybill Shepard, Whoopi Goldberg, Brabra Streisand, Sheryl Crow, Rosie O'Donnell, Rob Reiner, Chevy Chase, Meryl Streep, Danny Glover, Tom Hanks, Cher, Martin Sheen, Charlie Sheen, Ed Asner, etc.
How about 'lovable' Michael Moore, Steven Spielberg, Teresa Heinz Kerry, William Clinton to name a few.
What about news commentators such as Katie Curic, George Stephanopoulos, Diane Sawyer, Chris Matthews, Tom Brokaw (We now need Florida - Bush/Gore campaign), etc.
There are probably hundreds more, but these are good for starters!
